In view of the health and safety concerns linked to non-compliant products, providers of online platforms allowing consumers to conclude distance contracts with traders should treat as illegal, information relating to such products that has been identified as non-compliant by the competent authorities, and should remove such information or disable access to it upon receiving an order pursuant to Article 8.
