Transparency reports submitted by providers of intermediary services should include information on the resources dedicated to content moderation, the functioning and use of automated means for the purpose of content moderation and the accuracy of automated content moderation, and the number and subject matter of notices received and of removal and suspension decisions taken by the provider. They should also include information on error rates and the use of automated means, and information on complaints received and the outcome of those complaints. In order to enable the monitoring of the proper application by providers of intermediary services of the obligations laid down by this Regulation, providers should indicate clearly in their transparency reports the manner in which they have complied with those obligations.
