This Regulation should not affect the substantive law concerning the legality of content, nor the possibilities for Member States to restrict certain types of content in conformity with Union law. Nor does this Regulation affect the rules laid down by other Union legal acts governing other aspects related to intermediary services, such as the processing of personal data.
