Where the activities relating to the information society service are carried out by a natural or legal person acting under the authority or control of the provider of the service, for example as an employee, this should not affect the application of this Regulation. Similarly, where a provider of intermediary services relies on automatic technical processes, that should also not affect the application of this Regulation.
